Ravelin Pointe was founded to bring business owners higher value business brokerage service, improving probabilities, timing, and valuation in their transactions. Ravelin Pointe’s principals get to know clients on a personal level, including what drives them and what their goals are beyond the exit. We also ascertain the potential blockers to their transaction objectives. Ravelin Pointe integrates the financial and operational skills needed to give clients an edge in structuring a winning deal by helping them better align their business and financial operations to position them for sale. Michael Feinman

Manging Partner

Mike Feinman is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Ravelin Pointe Capital. He is an entrepreneur who has worked since the age of 12. In addition to his own ventures, Mike has held multiple senior roles, including field operations, human resources, finance, and cross-functional leadership positions. His corporate experience includes roles in the retail and service industries, and he led corporate functions in both middle market and $30 billion plus companies, including Pepsico and YUM Brands. After founding Texas Business Brokers, Mike leveraged his successful experience as deal maker to ensure all parties to each transaction win, and that sellers meet their exit objectives. Mike is a graduate of Florida State University Business School.

Alexander Maggi

Manging Partner

Alex Maggi is a CFA charter holder, and a licensed CPA. He holds M&AP, IM&A, and CPMI certifications from the Zurich-based Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions & Alliances, and is a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA).  In addition to leading core financial functions, Alex has conducted business process transformation and has established systems of internal controls. He has created driver-based financial modeling for businesses, helping them obtain capital and complete exit transactions. Alex holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, graduating magna cum laude with majors in both Accounting and Management Information Systems. He earned his MBA with a Finance specialization from the University of South Dakota.

She holds a Colorado real estate license and has experience across multiple industries. At The Connor Group, Jessica’s leadership yielded over $200 million in added value, with an estimated 46% IRR on projects. Her background in business function re-engineering, including training, systems development, and financial analysis, gives her a unique perspective on the drivers of value within companies. Jessica facilitates transactions and connects entrepreneurs with the right resources to achieve their exit objectives confidently.
